Leadership Team

Before being designated as MD & CEO of SBI GFL, he served as MD & CEO of SBICAP Trustee Company Limited, a step-down Subsidiary of SBI. He has wide experience in Commercial and Retail banking. He has successfully headed the Commercial Banking branch at Varanasi. He has also handled the position of Regional Manager of 46 branches under Admin Office Varanasi, dealing in Carpet Export, other SMEs, and agricultural banking. He is deeply interested in Digital Transformation objectives and earned laurels for the same while heading different teams. During his long stint in Branch and Administrative office experience, he has worked extensively in the Business Department, Audit and Compliance, Human Resources Planning and Management, Training system, and Organization Planning.

He has experience in International Banking and has handled SVP (Credit & Operations) assignments at the Regional Head Office, DIFC, Dubai and Country Head & CEO of Maldives Operations of sbi

He holds a bachelor's degree in arts (History Hons.), Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He has also completed an Executive MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research and has passed CFA (Level II). He has also earned Certification in Digital Transformation from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Prior to joining the State Bank of India, he worked in the Indian Bank and Bank of Baroda for a couple of years.

Shri Bibhuti Bhusan Dash, EVP – CCO

Joined the Bank in 1994 as a Probationary Officer and has varied work experience across Retail Banking, SME, Corporate Banking and International Banking. Prior to taking over as Chief Credit Officer in SBIGFL, he was CEO of SBI’s China operations. He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking and has interest in music and literature.

Shri Anurag Bhargava, EVP – CFO

Shri Anurag Bhargava has more than 25 years of Banking experience and joined SBI (Ahmedabad Circle) as a Probationary Officer in October 1998. He is a post Graduate in Physics along with an MBA and has completed JAIIB & CAIIB. He has a rich experience in credit area and also in the area of compliance / operations. He has been in business roles for most of his career.

Prior to joining SBI Global Factors Limited, he was posted as DGM (B&O), Bhopal Module covering 10 districts of Madhya Pradesh having around 300 branches / outfits.

In his career, he has held various assignments including long stints in credit roles. He has worked as Relationship Manager (CAG Mumbai) and Field Officer / Credit Analyst at various branches / CPC and was also posted at key positions of Relationship Manager (MCG Ahmedabad).

He has also done two foreign assignments. He was posted as Senior IBTO at New York Branch from 2005-2008 and worked in compliance area. While being posted at WBB Bahrain, he was heading Syndication & Investment department from 2016 to 2021.

He has held Chief Manager & Branch Head of Specialised Commercial Branch, Vadodara and Branch Head assignment of various branches for 5 years including Branch Manager PBB Race Course Vadodara.

At present, he is acting as CFO for SBI Global Factors Limited.

Shri Prabhakar Kumar, EVP - COO

Shri Prabhakar Kumar has more than 25 years of banking experience and joined State Bank of India (Kolkata Circle) as a Probationary Officer in August 1997. He is a Graduate in Geology and has completed JAIIB & CAIIB. He has a vast experience in Credit and also in the area of Forex, Operation and Compliance.

In his career, he has held various assignments, mainly related with Credit roles. He has worked as in charge of Development Banking Division, Credit Officer, Credit Analyst and Relationship Manager in Commercial Client Group.

He has held Branch Head position of four SME branches (SME Asansol, SME Salt Lake Kolkata, SME Exim Branch Kolkata   & SME Naraina New Delhi).

He has experience in International Banking and held position as Country Head & Chief Representative (Eastern Europe) at Istanbul, Turkey. Prior to joining the State Bank of India, he worked in the Bank of Baroda as Officer.

At present, he is designated as Executive Vice President – Client Services & Information Technology Functions for SBI Global Factors Limited.

Shri Vivek Pachauri-CBO

Shri Vivek Pachauri is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of extensive experience spanning commercial banking, supply chain finance, product development, factoring and people management. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has impressive academic credentials, securing an all-India rank in both CA intermediate and CA final examinations on his first attempt. Additionally, he has successfully cleared the insolvency professional and valuation (SFA) examinations conducted by IBBI.

Commencing his career with Axis Bank in New Delhi, Shri Vivek has held key positions in other prominent financial institutions as well such as ICICI Bank, Yes Bank, and HSBC, where he operated across diverse markets in North India, East India and Western India. His expertise lies in Credit, Lending, and Transaction banking.

In his previous role at HSBC, Shri Vivek served as the Senior Vice President and Region Head, where he held responsibility for the P&L and Balance Sheet of the Business Banking segment based in Pune. Currently, as the Chief Business Officer, he spearheads business development and oversees all branches of SBI Global Factors Ltd. throughout the country.
