Experience

  • Fresher, Experience in HR Department with good working / writing knowledge in English / with skills in MS Office / PPT / Excel, etc. preferred
  • Age Profile : 25 - 30 yrs.

Job Profile

  • Managing the recruitment process, selecting & Short listing Candidates as per the desired profile across the company at all levels and offices, and on boarding of the new recruit.
  • Processing all joining formalities.
  • Monitoring and updating of Attendance Software System.
  • Handling HR related issues of   direct Staff Looking after insurance/gratuity renewals, claims, etc of Direct Staff.
  • Providing data to Auditors, as and when required.
  • Any other work which may be assigned from time to time.

  • CTC: Rs.3.75 lakhs (Fixed Component 80% of CTC + *Performance Linked Variable Pay (PLVP) max. up to 20% of CTC)
