Job Profile
- Develop & oversee execution of strategies pertaining to the Company’s Human Resources & Administration duties.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership to act as the Strategic Advisor on the HR & Administration front.
- Oversee the policy formulation process to develop and manage the Company’s Human Resources as prescribed in the HR Philosophy.
- Establish the strategy of Manpower Planning efforts, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Administration for the Company.
- Lead the recruitment efforts to attract, select & onboard top talent across all levels & functions.
- Ensure effective and timely redressal of staff grievances.
- Ensure timely payment of salary and other bills to all the staff of the Company.
- Ideate & oversee implementation of strategies to foster a culture of collaboration, development & career growth among the staff of the Company.
- Ideate & ensure execution of staff welfare measures for staff of the Company.
- Handle confidential matters related to staff on deputation from the Parent Bank.
- Oversee complete employee life cycle of staff of the Company.
- Oversee the Company’s Performance Management System, including Half-Yearly Reviews & Appraisals.
- Ensure the initiation & execution of Training & Development programs for all staff of the company.
- Oversee the management of Insurance & Gratuity renewals and claims, etc. of the staff of the Company.
- Provide oversight for administrative functions such as facilities management, security, transportation, etc.
- Ensure cost control and optimization of resources.
- Oversee Vendor Management activities, including establishment & management of contracts.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
