Experience
2-3 - years experience in HR Dept with good knowledge in English, MS Office/PPT/ Excel, etc.
Job Profile
- Managing the recruitment process, selecting & Shortlisting Candidates as per the desired profile across the company at all levels and offices and on-boarding of the new recruit.
- Processing all joining / exit and post relieving formalities.
- Monitoring and updating HRMS System.
- Timely processing of the performance appraisal system.
- Monitoring and updating of Attendance Software System.
- Handling HR related issues of staff and looking after insurance/gratuity renewals, claims etc.
- Payroll Processing
- Arranging Trainings / Off-sites, etc.
- Compliances related to HR Department
- Vendor Management including establishment and management of contracts
- Handle all administrative functions such as facilities management, security, transportation, etc.
- Providing data to Auditors, as and when required
- Any other work that may be assigned from time to time
