    Job Description :
    - Preparation and arranging execution of Legal Documents in respect of factoring facility sanctioned. Monitoring Receipt of duly executed documents from the branch.
    - Keeping data and close follow up in respect of  the expiry date of documents including  stale date of  Facility  FIU Cheques.
    - Registration of Deed of Assignment in CERSAI site and satisfaction thereof.  Monitoring of receipt of Notice of Assignment of Receivables by the Debtors
    - Attending to Internal Auditors/Statutory Auditors Reports in compliance of terms sanction.
    - Closely follow up with the Advocates/Counsels etc regarding their bills, receipt of progress report of the cases/orders etc before payment of their bills
    - Holding Safe custody of security documents (title Deeds etc) of the mortgage properties and accounting/reconciling  the same as and when required by the Auditors etc.
    - Arranging for proper valuation , Non Encumbrance Certificate of the collateral securities at regular intervals and holding the same in custody.
    - Preparation of MIS including monthly reviews relating to Legal Department Cases to the Management at regular intervals.   Coordination with all the team members should be at high level.
    - Preparation of Hypothecation Deed/Charge Document and ensure that the same is uploaded in the relevant site.
