    Job Description :            
    ·        Supervise & Manage all litigation by ensuring timely drafting and filing
    ·        Coordinate with Advocates and meeting them for legal follow up/fixing up fees etc.
    ·        To attend to high value/important Company Petitions/Civil Suits/Arbitrations/Sec 138 matters etc in all courts.
    ·        Advise the Management regarding the stand to be taken in the legal matters.                                    
    ·        Check and verify non litigation/litigation legal documents and guide other legal officers in vetting the drafts related to all case matters.
    ·        Finalizing Draft of Evidence and providing documents to the Advocates wherever required.
    ·        Appearing before the Court related to the concern matters/Participate in JLF Meetings etc.
    ·        Maintaining and ensure updating of matters by all concerned in Master file.
    ·        Coordinating with Branches and provide advice with regard to all legal matters including transferred 138 cases and other cases filed by branches.

    Candidate must have good communication skills and client service relationship experience.
    Experience : 2 - 3 years in Trade Finance, handling of Domestic and Export Trade Documents and statutory reporting under Export and Import transactions.
    CTC : Rs.2.70 lac
    Job Description :            
    ·        Document processing.
    ·        Cheque processing.
    ·        Managing and maintaining client relationship to meet SBIGFL’s standards.
    ·        Educating the client of the Client
    Services procedure wherever required.

    Job Description :   
              To source business through direct marketing by making regular cold calls, contact associations, local industry bodies etc. and respond to business queries promptly.
        To study the financials of the prospective client in details.
        To liaise with surveyors to expedite the field survey process
        To ensure timely completion of documentation and follow up with client to initiate fresh utilization of sanctioned limits.
        To ensure that the client is given proper understanding of Company’s operational requirements, which involves issues such as proper documentation, submitting of document to SBIGFL within a reasonable amount of time, to ensure that the clients use the lines of credit extended and also to seek a periodical report of the approximate quantum of invoice value that can be expected.  
        To assist debt management team in recovery of stressed accounts.
        To collect market information about client and to monitor financial health / performance of the client at regular intervals.
        Will be responsible for achieving business targets of the Branch
        Conduct plant visits and submit reports
         Maintaining good housekeeping condition of the Branch and ensure proper day to day functioning of the Branch
